Our store provides the possibility to refund your money minus the delivery fee within 5 days, (except downloaded items) if due to some reason, your are not satisfied with your purchase. This offer is valid within 5 days only from the date when you received the purchased good and informed us we shell refund the money, but we should receive the purchased good in its original condition after we've received the item undamaged. There is no refund on downloads. When you download something and you loose it please send us an e-mail and we will send it to you again.There is no refund on CD's, however if it is damaged when you receive it and you let us know within 5 days after you have purchased it, the CD will be replaced if you've payed insurance and only after you have sent the damaged CD back.

If you didn't receive your item, please contact us after 10-15 working days and not after 2 or 12 month. The usual delivery time outside Australia is 7-10 working days and 3-5 working days within Australia. This is the time period when you should receive your item. If you are claiming after 2-12 month you didn't receive the item, and you did not pay insurance, we cannot do anything about that. It is a good idea to add insurance when you purchase a tarot card or a tarot CD. You can add insurance as it is placed to every page where is a tarot card as it seems mysteriously only the tarot cards don't arrive and the customer only discovers that after 6 month, all other items do. Without insurance you cannot claim - especially after 2-12 month - you didn't receive your tarot card and would need your money back.

WHY PAY FOR INSURANCE?

If you didn't insure your item/s, you cannot claim you didn't receive your product or if it's damaged by handling. You have the choice whether to pay an additional fee for insurance coverage on your package. The important thing to you, as a buyer, is that you will not lose any money if the shipping company fails to deliver your package, or damages your item because of poor handling by the shipper.

Australia don't have to insure their item/s, as insurance is already included in the shipping price.
